ok sorry I just looked up and saw the title of this video, my bad , im the jack ass.
that is fuckin funny isnt it,; you are so funny arent you.
that is not a secret it is just a forward press of sorts; watch VJ he exagerates that move. just sayin, not tryin to call you out or anything. but you are correct it can really help you rhythm and is much better than static jerk move.

there is no secret, he is just that good.
The Secret is in the dirt, Well hogan had an extra spike and thats in the dirt so wouldnt the secret have something to do with that, the right knee tilted in will help, with out a doubt it will, but if you can keep a constant clockwise turn on where that extra spike is you will hit almost every shot great
here you can see what he considered the secret of this swing — the nudge of the right knee leftward in starting the swing. Try it and see how different your backswing and cocked position at top can feel, without looking perceptibly different
