@mattyco1234 LMFAO
great vid !
Mmm…no. Tiger’s not done yet. He still misses on both sides of the fairway. Great irons, for sure, but most people do not envy his game off the tee.
Ben Hogan, on the other hand, was rock-solid all the way through the bag. Check his match against Sam Snead on Shell’s Wonderful World of Golf to see what he was capable of. Ben hit 14 of 14 fairways and 18 of 18 greens at Houston Country Club that day, which measured about 7,000 yards at the time. Ben was in his mid-50s then, even.
The video is from Carl Welty’s collection. If I heard right it is at Tamarisk, early 50’s.
that swing look so right, so right…
Aiming right right or closing your stance produces a draw. Ling up left of target or opening your stance produces a fade.
check out a guy named tiger woods, his swing is absolutely perfect.
looks like a fade, his feet are lined up to the right. hard to see the ball fade back, though.
Anything of Hogan is a delight to watch, but more so in this clip given that we get to see the ball flight down the line.
Great video! Get some more please!
The best looking swing inb the history of golf.The reulsts weren’t bad either!
Where did you find such a nice video? Is it the Ben Hogan collection of 3 discs?
Thanks pal!
